Apply now for your chance to be the next Michigan Bean Queen

FAIRGROVE, MI — The Michigan Bean Festival and Michigan Bean Commission are seeking applicants for the 69th Michigan Bean Queen contest. Applicants must be a high school graduate and a single female between the ages of 17 and 22.

The newly-crowned Michigan Bean Queen will recieve a $1,250 scholarship for college as well as a plaque, sash and official photograph. The 2017 Bean Queen will be required to attend a minimum of 10 events throughout the year representing the Michigan Dry Bean Industry.
