Doc Shiery honored by MSU

Dr. Fred Shiery, DVM, affectionately known by his friends and clients as "Doc," was presented with the Rooker Award from Michigan State on Jan. 26. The Rooker Award is awarded to a Michigan equine practitioner that has devoted his career to the advancement of Equine Veterinary Medicine and training of future generations. Doc Shiery owns and operates Shiery Animal Clinic in Camden, MI, which just happens to neighbor the Farmers' Advance office. He truly deserves this award for the years of dedication he has put in.
